St Barth Charter is a private boat concierge service. The publisher acts as an independent broker between clients and licensed local boat operators in Gustavia (Saint-Barthélemy) and on the Dutch side of Saint-Martin. The publisher does not own or operate the vessels presented on this website. Boat operations, captains, crews, fuel, safety equipment and maritime liability are the responsibility of the operating partners. The publisher's role is limited to the coordination, brokering and concierge of charters.
